In Italy, the Coronavirus emergency has become the biggest challenge since the end of the II World War.
The "Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza" hospital in San Giovanni Rotondo, founded by Padre Pio from Pietrelcina in 1956, has been included by the Puglia Region as one of the Italian Covid-19 emergency centres.
Our doctors and nurses are working tirelessly to provide treatments for all of the infected patients hospitalized at the Casa Sollievo.
This non-profit hospital is making every possible effort to cope with this situation, but personal protective equipment is running out and the number of ventilators is insufficient.
The Hospital is in great need of surgical, FFP2 and FFP3 masks, protective coverall cat.3, disposable coats, and ventilators.
Please help us provide the much-needed protection for our healthcare staff and the treatments for all infected patients hospitalized at our hospital.
Even a small contribution can make a difference. Thank you for anything you can do.
