1. The samples will be made available to the research community for research purposes only

2. A cost recovery procedure will be applied for all the samples distributed as well as the shipping  fees will be charged to the investigator that requires the specimens    

3. Materials cannot be distributed to other investigators without permission

4. The samples should be quoted in any publication and must include the acknowledgement to GDB and support by Italian Telethon Foundation

5. In those cases requiring more specific and special molecular and/or cytogenetic analysis we should be involved as collaborators into the study

6. The requests should be addressed to Giuseppe Merla, Laboratory of Medical Genetics, IRCCS Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza, San Giovanni Rotondo (FG)

7. No materials are released prior to receipt of the signed agreement form
