Visits and examinations

Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza offers medical appointments and diagnostic exams under an agreement with the National Health Service (NHS). These services must be booked following the instructions provided below.

Online

Through the Online Booking Service, you can request an appointment for one or more specialized services provided by Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza. You can also request the cancellation of an existing appointment.

Your request will be forwarded to our Central Booking Center (CUP), which will contact you by phone as soon as possible to complete the process.

- - If you need to cancel a medical appointment or other outpatient service, please do so in a timely manner to allow another patient to access the service and to help reduce waiting times.
  Cancellations must be communicated at least two working days before the scheduled appointment date (excluding Sundays and holidays) through one of the following methods:
  - Filling out the form available on the Online Services Portal: click here
  - Calling the Contact Center at 0882 416888 (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
  - Visiting the booking desk at the Polyclinic (Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

Important: Failure to cancel or late cancellation will result in the patient, even if exempt, being charged a penalty equivalent to the co-payment amount for the booked service, as stipulated by current regulations (DGR 2268/2016).
