L'Ospedale “Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza” - IRCCS intende avviare una selezione per Ricercatore per le esigenze del Progetto Europeo SYRIACA (https://dih-hero.eu/syriaca/), ai sensi della normativa vigente, per assunzioni a tempo determinato

I candidati dovranno dichiarare, a pena di esclusione dalla selezione, il possesso dei seguenti requisiti specifici (da possedere alla data di scadenza del termine stabilito dal presente avviso per la presentazione della domanda di ammissione):
- Possesso di diploma di laurea in discipline STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (livello di conoscenza minimo richiesto equiparabile al C1)
- Competenze in sviluppo software
- Propensione a:
- ricerca scientifica
- innovazione tecnologica
- utilizzo delle tecnologie digitali
- Per i candidati di madrelingua non italiana costituirà ulteriore requisito il possesso di una buona padronanza della lingua italiana.
Costituiranno un un valore aggiunto:
- Authorship di pubblicazioni scientifiche
- Competenze di project management
- Esperienze in team multidisciplinari e/o in contesto internazionale
Le attività cui il candidato da selezionare sarà destinato sono:
- Supporto ai clinici e ai ricercatori per la conduzione delle attività di sperimentazione previste dal progetto SYRIACA (https://dih-hero.eu/syriaca/)
- Partecipazione alle riunioni in presenza e in remoto con i partner di progetto
- Elaborazione del contributo previsto nei deliverable di progetto
- Supporto alle attività di project management
- Supporto alla stesura di articoli scientifici
I Candidati ammessi alla selezione verranno chiamati a sostenere un colloquio, tramite specifica comunicazione all’indirizzo e-mail comunicato.
Il colloquio, che si svolgerà integralmente in lingua inglese, è diretto alla valutazione dell’effettivo possesso dei requisiti sopra specificati e dell’attitudine del candidato a condurre le attività sopra riportate, nonché all’accertamento di capacità di problem solving, gestionali ed organizzative.
Il colloquio si terrà il giorno 14.12.2022 e sarà effettuato in remoto, con modalità da concordarsi con i candidati.
Il candidato vincitore e gli idonei, in caso di chiamata, saranno sottoposti a primaria garanzia dell’integrità psico-fisica, ed a spese dell’Istituto, ad un CONTROLLO SANITARIO PREVENTIVO PREASSUNTIVO a cura del Medico Autorizzato/Competente aziendale, per un’opportuna valutazione dell’idoneità ai diversi “rischi specifici per la salute”, correlati al particolare profilo mansionale che andranno a ricoprire presso le differenti strutture operative dell’Istituto medesimo (ai sensi e per gli effetti del “combinato disposto” ex art. 2087 Codice civile, ed artt. 15, 18, 25, 28, c. 2, l. f), 29 e 41, c. 1, l. a), c. 2. L. e-bis) e c. 2-bis, D. Lgs. 81/2008 e s.m.i.).
The Research Hospital “Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza” is starting a recruitment process for the position of n. 1 Researcher for the aims of the SYRIACA European Project (https://dih-hero.eu/syriaca/), in accordance with the applicable law. Type of contract: temporary.

For candidates to be admitted to the recruitment process, they must declare that, by the submission deadline for this position, they fulfil the following specific requirements:
- Degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- Very good spoken and written English knowledge and practice, minimum self-declared level required: C1
- Software development skills
- Inclination for:
- scientific research
- innovation projects
- the use of digital technologies
- A good command of the Italian language will be a further requirement for candidates whose mother tongue is not Italian.
The recruited candidate will:
Support clinicians and researchers in carrying out the experimental activities of the SYRIACA project (https://dih-hero.eu/syriaca/)
Participate actively, face-to-face and/or remotely, in calls with the project partners
Write the contribution requested in the project deliverables
Support Project Management activities
Contribute to the development and writing of scientific articles.
Candidates admitted to the selection procedure will be sent an email invitation to an interview. The email will be sent to the addresses that candidates will have provided in the application form.
The interview will be carried out entirely in English and will be aimed at evaluating whether the candidate fulfils the above mentioned requirements; his/her inclination for the activities listed above; and his/her problem solving, managerial and organizational abilities.
The interview will be held on 14.12.2022. It will be through a remote connection, details will be established on a case-by-case level.
The successful candidate, and the reserve candidates in the event of a call, will be subjected, at the expense of the Research Hospital, to a PRECAUTIONARY PRE-EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CHECK by the Hospital's authorized/competent physician to ascertain his/her psycho-physical integrity and to assess his/her fitness to work while exposed to the various "specific health risks" related to the particular tasks that he/she will carry out in the different operating units of the Research Hospital (in compliance with and for the effects of the “combined provisions” of articles 2087 of the Italian Civil Code and articles 15, 18, 25, 28, c. 2, l. f), 29 and 41, c. 1, l. a), c. 2. L. e-bis) and c. 2-bis, Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and additions).
